The Greenhouse

The GreenHouse is WCC’s administrative and educational hub. It is located on the Whale Coast Nature Reserve on the R43 in Vermont, Greater Hermanus. The facility houses offices, display areas and an auditorium for presentations, talks and meetings.

Displays rotate from time to time but include energy solutions, water and wetland information, projects, etc. The GreenHouse itself demonstrates sustainable off-grid living by way of solar energy, rainwater harvesting and storage and composting toilets.
