We will not only have Michael to inspire us, but Justine du Toit will join him in introducing some of the short documentaries films that they will be showing for the first time in public. They describe their presentation as follows:
The world needs more inspiration
Why do some people choose ‘Life Off Grid’?
Can food be our medicine?
Is less really more?
These are just a few of the topics that will be touched on during this month’s event. And this isn’t just a talk – it’s movie night.
A collective of local filmmakers, called Green Renaissance, are on a journey to share ideas and inspire change. Over the past few months, they have met and filmed with a number of characters from the Overberg – seemingly ordinary people, who see the world in extraordinary ways. Sometimes it’s capturing a conversation with someone who appreciates the true beauty in the world. Other times it’s meeting interesting people who are inspired by nature.
Join us for a premier showing of ten short films, accompanied by a discussion with Michael Raimondo and Justine du Toit around some of the topics raised in these films.
